SERVICE BEFORE SELF

TRUTH ABOVE ALL

ARKANSAS FIRST!

The purpose of this campaign is not to elevate a man, but to restore a principle: that government exists to serve the people, not rule over them.

We live in a moment when many Arkansans have grown weary of bureaucracy, distrustful of elections, and uncertain whether their voice still matters. Such doubts do not arise without cause. The machinery of state has grown distant from the people who fund it, and complex systems have replaced the simple truths upon which this republic was built.

This campaign is a call to return to clarity, to common sense, and to constitutional order.

We seek not fanfare, but faithfulness—to defend the sacred right of every citizen to cast a ballot and know it was counted by human hands, not hidden software. We believe that the integrity of elections must not rest in barcodes and proprietary code, but in the transparency of neighbor counting neighbor’s vote, as it was from the beginning.

We seek to remove the burdens of an outdated and confusing registration system, where citizens must travel from office to office to do what should be done in one. Government should not be a maze; it should be a mirror—reflecting the will of the people with simplicity and honesty.

We seek to honor our veterans, not merely in ceremony, but in law—ensuring they may be known by the rank they earned, when they stand before their fellow citizens seeking office, just as judges and generals before them have been.

We seek to build a voter roll system governed by Arkansans, programmed by Arkansans, and accountable to Arkansans—not to a corporation in another state, nor to a party, but to the counties and communities who know their people best.

We believe early voting should serve convenience, not confuse the chain of custody. By shortening early voting to a reasonable length, we save our counties hardship and preserve the security of our elections.

And we believe that those who count the vote must be trained well, supported fully, and empowered to do their work in public view, with confidence and accountability.

This campaign is rooted in a deep respect for God, for the Constitution, and for the dignity of each citizen. It is not a pursuit of popularity, but of principle. Not of applause, but of reform. And not of power, but of trust—earned in humility and held with care.

Should the people of Arkansas grant me this office, I shall hold it as a sacred trust, and I shall govern as a servant—not a master.

Meet Bryan

I serve God first. I serve others always. My mission is to protect this nation and the values that built her.

I’m Bryan Norris—a retired Army First Sergeant, husband, father of three daughters, and a servant-leader who believes that leadership isn’t a title, it’s a trust.

For 21 years, I wore the uniform of the U.S. Army and stood watch across the world—through three combat deployments and some of the toughest assignments our military has to offer. I served with the 25th Infantry Division “Tropic Lightning,” the 101st Airborne “Currahee,” III Armored Corps “America’s Hammer,” NATO, and more. I trained warriors, built coalitions, and led teams in high-stakes environments where integrity wasn’t optional—it was life or death.

But that part of my story isn’t where the mission ends.

I came home to Arkansas not just to rest, but to rebuild. I earned my degree in Management Studies, a certificate in Project Management, and a Master’s in Transformational Leadership. I now manage large-scale initiatives in the private sector for a Fortune 500 company—and I still apply the same discipline, calm under pressure, and commitment to results that I learned in uniform.

But the truth is—America is facing a crisis of trust. People no longer believe their voice counts, or that their leaders are working for them. That’s why I led a citizen petition in 2024 to bring hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots back to Independence County, Arkansas. It passed with 63% of the vote. No party machines. Just the people speaking for themselves. And winning.

Today, I serve as the District 1 Representative on the Arkansas Republican State Committee, and I remain active in my community through my church, the VFW, and the Batesville Kiwanis Club.

But titles don’t matter much to me. What matters is doing the right thing—especially when no one is watching.

I live in Batesville with my wife Kelly and our daughters, and I still believe this nation is worth protecting—from the battlefield to the ballot box.

I’m not here to be the hero of this story. The people are.

I’m just here to serve, speak the truth, and stand when others stay silent.

Service before self. Truth above all. Arkansas first.
