Who Am I
I was born and raised in Trumann, Arkansas, in a family that knew hard work, faith, and service. I spent over two decades in uniform as a U.S. Army First Sergeant, leading soldiers in combat zones, building teams under pressure, and training the next generation of warriors with grit and integrity.
After retiring from the Army, I stepped back into civilian life not to coast but to continue serving. I became an IT project manager, a local volunteer, and a voice for conservative values. My wife Kelly and I are raising our daughters right here in Batesville, where we’re active in our church and local community.
I believe leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about showing up—when it’s hard, when it’s unpopular, and when the people need someone willing to act. That’s why I led the charge for paper ballots in Independence County—and why I’m stepping up again now.
Why I Serve
“To whom much is given, much is required.” — Luke 12:48
I’ve led men in combat. I’ve held the line when it counted most. And I’ve stood in foreign nations, defending the freedoms we so often take for granted here at home. That kind of perspective stays with you.
When I look around Arkansas today, I see a people who love their families, honor God, and want nothing more than to be represented—not ruled. But I also see a system that’s losing the trust of the very people it was built to serve.
I serve because I’ve seen what happens when leaders stop leading.
I serve because my daughters deserve an Arkansas where elections are fair, government is transparent, and faith isn’t mocked.
I serve because I believe ordinary citizens—guided by conviction and common sense—can still make an extraordinary difference.
I didn’t come home to sit on the sidelines. I came home to stand in the gap.
I didn’t set out to become a politician I set out to serve. From dusty roads in Afghanistan to briefing foreign generals in NATO command centers, every mile of my journey has taught me one thing: true leadership means putting people first, even when no one’s watching. I’ve trained warriors, led through crisis, and built systems that others said couldn’t be done. Now, I’m answering a new call; not to wear rank on my sleeve, but to carry responsibility on my shoulders. This timeline isn’t just a record of what I’ve done. It’s proof of what I’m prepared to do for Arkansas, for freedom, and for you.
